AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI and Generative AI solutions, including applications powered by LLMs, chatbots, and intelligent systems.

• Create and enhance prompt engineering strategies through systematic evaluation and iteration.

• Construct RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases.

• Integrate LLMs and AI models into cloud-based applications and APIs.

• Execute agent-based workflows and AI automation solutions.

• Investigate, assess, and utilize new AI tools, models, and frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with clients as part of a consulting-oriented team.

• Merge technical proficiency with business acumen to deliver impactful AI solutions.

• Engage in projects that range from rapid prototyping to production-grade deployments, focusing on LLM applications, intelligent automation, and AI-driven products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in Python for developing AI applications.

• Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including OpenAI or open-source models.

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering in real-world applications.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Experience in designing and implementing RAG architectures.

• Proficiency in working with vector databases like Qdrant, Pinecone, or Weaviate.

• Experience in building and deploying AI-driven applications in cloud environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
