AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Enhance and expand the current agentic AI infrastructure.

• Create new features in the agent layer and modify existing workflows.

• Implement a persistent memory system.

• Utilize embeddings and vector databases to enhance search capabilities and personalization.

• Work collaboratively with product teams to implement features for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a comparable AI/ML engineering position.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Practical experience with agentic frameworks like Agno and Google ADK.

• Familiarity with embeddings and vector databases.

• A product-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering customer value.

• Upper-Intermediate level or above in English.

• Proficiency with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar platforms.
