AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the vision, roadmap, and backlog for internal AI products and solutions.

• Spearhead the deployment of AI, automation, and Generative AI solutions for Enterprise Platforms.

• Develop agentic workflows, perform prompt engineering, and establish evaluation pipelines, along with an agent orchestration layer, LLM gateway integration, RAG pipelines, and model evaluation and monitoring.

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that provide quantifiable business value.

• Collaborate with the AI Council and business stakeholders to collect requirements and delineate product features.

• Work in partnership with architects, developers, data engineers, and business teams.

• Monitor the performance of solutions, their usage, and the resulting business outcomes.

• Ensure that AI solutions adhere to security, privacy, and governance standards.

• Assess emerging AI technologies and suggest future capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in technology, product management, business systems, AI, or digital transformation.

• Proficiency in developing Enterprise AI platforms and Agentic workflows.

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and product ownership practices.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with agentic workflows and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and other related technologies.

• Background in RAG pipelines and Graphs.

• Understanding of product ownership and roadmap management.

• Knowledge of business process automation, requirements gathering, change management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile project delivery.
