AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the vision, roadmap, and backlog of internal AI products and solutions.

• Spearhead the deployment of AI, automation, and Generative AI solutions within Enterprise Platforms.

• Develop agentic workflows, prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines, agent orchestration layers, LLM gateway integrations, RAG pipelines, as well as model evaluation and monitoring systems.

• Assess and prioritize AI use cases that yield measurable business benefits.

• Collaborate with the AI Council and business stakeholders to gather requirements and outline product features.

• Work together with architects, developers, data engineers, and business teams.

• Track solution performance, usage, and overall business outcomes.

• Ensure that AI solutions adhere to security, privacy, and governance standards.

• Assess emerging AI technologies and suggest future capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in technology, product management, business systems, AI, or digital transformation.

• Proven experience in building Enterprise AI platforms and agentic workflows.

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and product ownership practices.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with agentic workflows and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Understanding of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and other relevant technologies.

• Knowledge of RAG pipelines and Graphs.

• Skills in product ownership and roadmap management.

• Capabilities in business process automation, requirements gathering, change management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile project delivery.
