⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development and solution architecture.

• Strong backend proficiency in at least two of the following stacks: .NET, Java, Python, Node.js.

• Practical experience with contemporary frontend frameworks like React or Angular.

• Comprehensive understanding of architectural principles: performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Comfortable navigating the entire development lifecycle: coding, architecture, deployment, and support.

• Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and work across various stacks as necessary.

• Experience in creating AI-native products or integrating AI agents into production settings.

• Practical knowledge of agentic development and tools such as Bedrock, Vercel AI SDK, AgentCore, vector databases, semantic search, and LLM-driven solutions.

• Experience in designing and implementing RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and/or multi-agent orchestration.

• Ability to design, implement, and orchestrate agents end-to-end, including model evaluation, prompting, integrations, and inference flows.

• Hands-on understanding of ML fundamentals, embeddings, evaluations, agent training, and fine-tuning (non-academic, practical).

• Strong sense of ownership, independence, and technical judgment in architectural decision-making.

• Clear and concise communication skills for documentation, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
