AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, integrate, and deploy AI-driven features within enterprise-level digital solutions.

• Produce production-grade code and incorporate AI functionalities into tangible products.

• Enhance the team's delivery efficiency through engineering methodologies accelerated by AI.

• Utilize AI coding tools and agentic workflows for tasks such as code generation, review, testing, and documentation.

• Assist the team in consistently embracing AI-enhanced software development practices.

• Design and document feature components, workflows, data flows, and integration layers.

• Ensure the scalability, modularity, and performance of the solutions provided.

• Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements, negotiate trade-offs, and make informed technical decisions.

• Collaborate with CMS concepts, headless architectures, and front-end framework integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven AI Engineer with substantial hands-on experience.

• Proficient in PHP and JavaScript-related tools and solutions, though not limited to these technologies.

• Practical experience with AI solutions and AI-accelerated Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.

• Strong proficiency in high-level programming languages.

• Extensive experience with programming logic, clean coding practices, and testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with AI coding tools and agentic workflows for code generation, review, testing, and documentation.

• Capability to design and document components, workflows, data flows, and integration layers.

• Experience in ensuring scalability, modularity, and performance.

• Skills in analyzing functional and non-functional requirements.

• Ability to negotiate trade-offs and make informed technical decisions.

• Understanding of CMS concepts, headless architectures, and front-end framework integration.

• Proficient in English for effective communication.
