AI Enablement – Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in shaping and implementing a comprehensive AI enablement program across the organization.

• Translate the overall enablement strategy into actionable initiatives tailored for various target groups within the company.

• Organize and oversee training sessions, workshops, use-case discussions, communications, and other enablement activities.

• Prepare detailed plans for selected workshops and events, facilitating or co-facilitating sessions as needed.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers, and external partners.

• Promote practical, self-service AI adoption and support users in effectively integrating AI into their daily tasks.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and a measurement framework to monitor adoption, effectiveness, and overall impact.

• Leverage feedback and data to refine the enablement strategy and ensure it delivers measurable value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in program or project management, enablement, change management, or a similar role.

• Practical experience in designing and coordinating training programs, workshops, enablement initiatives, or adoption strategies.

• Capability to create structured enablement methodologies for diverse audiences.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in collaborating with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers, and external partners.

• Skill in converting strategic objectives into tangible formats, activities, and deliverables while driving implementation.

• Experience in defining KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate adoption, effectiveness, and impact.

• Solid understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts.

• Hands-on, pragmatic, and highly organized work style, coupled with strategic thinking.

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, along with a curiosity to explore new tools and translate them into practical benefits for users.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and AI-enabled workflows (preferred).

• Experience in facilitating or co-facilitating workshops and enablement sessions (preferred).
