AI Enablement Intern, Undergraduate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collect and structure business definitions, metrics, business rules, FAQs, and standard queries for ACAP analytics products.

• Collaborate with product owners and subject matter experts to capture organizational knowledge and confirm metric definitions.

• Align metrics with approved data sources and document metadata in data dictionaries or business glossaries.

• Develop structured context assets that enhance AI accuracy and ensure analytics consistency throughout the organization.

• Acquire knowledge of job functions within the Managed Care industry and investigate career opportunities.

• Utilize academic knowledge and gain new skills through various projects.

• Conduct research on legal, regulatory, and other topics pertinent to the functional area and industry.

• Participate in training and development presentations.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college throughout the internship period.

• Preferably studying a field related to the hiring department.

• Experience with Excel is required.

• Preferred skills include project management, organizational abilities, technical writing, and analytical skills.

• Internship is intended for undergraduate students during Summer 2027.
