AI-Enabled Full Stack Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and discussions for requirements gathering

• Convert business needs into web application and dashboard solutions

• Create, develop, and maintain contemporary web applications utilizing AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and similar technologies

• Construct client health and business performance dashboards that deliver actionable insights

• Integrate and analyze data from various systems and sources

• Establish and implement key business metrics, KPIs, data visualizations, and reporting solutions

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing

• Resolve production and application issues while ensuring solution reliability and performance

• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and data teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Independently manage projects from requirement gathering through to delivery and support

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in web application development and solution delivery

• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or similar technologies

• Practical experience with AI-powered development tools and prompt engineering techniques

• Comprehensive understanding of SQL, data modeling, analytics, ETL processes, and reporting concepts

• Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or custom web-based reporting solutions

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test automation

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience

• Ability to independently oversee solution design, development, testing, and delivery

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience with data APIs, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms

• Exposure to Agile, Kanban, AI Flow, or modern AI-assisted software development methodologies

• Basic understanding of machine learning, AI agents, or GenAI-based solutions
