• Create and sustain reference implementations, prompts, and examples.
• Assess new agentic coding tools and protocols, including MCP servers.
• Oversee the usage of Midnight by builders and agentic tools, including successes, failure modes, and workarounds.
• Compile usage and community feedback into structured insights for the core protocol roadmap.

• Hands-on experience in building, integrating, or maintaining AI coding assistants or agentic development tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, RAG-based coding assistants).
• Practical understanding of how AI coding agents utilize context—prompting, retrieval, tool usage—and what contributes to their success or failures within a specific codebase or protocol.
• Familiarity with smart contract or protocol-level development (Cardano/partner-chain, ZK-based systems, or similar) is highly advantageous, although not essential at this level.
• Experience in transforming qualitative user or usage feedback into structured product or roadmap input.
• Strong technical writing abilities.
• Ability to work asynchronously and independently across a broad range of working hours (UTC-5 to UTC+5).
