📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales on the design of pre-sales expansion strategies, encompassing deployment pathways, adoption processes, and growth opportunities.

• Partner with the FDE team to facilitate customer onboarding and ensure a successful go-live experience.

• Foster activation and adoption among builders, business users, and administrators following the go-live phase.

• Identify and utilize pertinent datasets, use cases, and product engagement to recognize and quantify customer value.

• Curate and deliver presentations on Superblocks value and insights to a diverse audience, including C-level executives, end-users, and builders.

• Maintain high-touch communication with the strategic customer base and act as the primary point of contact for customers.

• Prioritize customer product needs and collaborate with the Product team to influence the development roadmap.

• Remain closely engaged with customers to proactively identify opportunities for expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing, strategic, or technical role, such as Deployment Strategist, Program Manager, or Management Consultant.

• Capability to analyze underlying data and independently create prototypes, implement solutions, or draft plans.

• High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate challenging conversations with senior executives.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority or formal reporting structures.

• Comfort in operating amidst ambiguity without a predefined playbook.

• Strong product intuition and empathy for users.

• Ability to harmonize cutting-edge AI advancements with enterprise-level requirements.

• Willingness to demonstrate a high level of commitment and work beyond traditional 9-to-5 hours.

• Openness to travel up to 50% of the time.
