AI Data QA & Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess, review, and categorize content or system responses for quality, accuracy, relevance, and compliance with guidelines.

• Aid in content evaluation, response editing, summarization, classification, or prompt assessment for AI training projects.

• Detect and report hallucinations, factual errors, and safety/compliance breaches.

• Conduct relevance, ranking, and retrieval quality evaluations.

• Rate outputs against set standards and offer structured feedback.

• Facilitate feedback loops between operations and engineering teams.

• Address inquiries via phone, email, or chat as required.

• Provide precise information regarding products and services.

• Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

• Record AI-related evaluations or annotations in the organization's CRM or specified tools.

• Comply with company policies and procedures.

• Achieve or surpass performance targets related to KPIs.

• Engage in training programs and ongoing learning modules.

• Collaborate with other departments as necessary.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, data annotation, or AI training/evaluation skills, or a related field.

• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in using computers and various software applications.

• Familiarity and experience with a CRM system is preferred.
