AI Creative Specialist, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Create and develop advertising creatives for AI and gaming applications utilizing AI tools.

• Generate AI-driven content for applications as required.

• Monitor competitor advertisements and market performance to inspire new advertising concepts.

• Stay updated on trends in AI, social media, gaming, and advertising, including involvement in Discord servers and gaming communities.

• Introduce innovative creative ideas to the team.

• Produce and refine numerous creative variations for testing, encompassing hooks, openings, and edits.

• Discover more efficient methods for producing creatives as tools advance.

• Share optimized creative production techniques with the team.

• Collaborate across various applications and projects that operate at different paces.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related area.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong knowledge of AI tools, including prompting, iteration, tool integration, and the ability to learn new tools.

• Basic video editing experience using CapCut or comparable software.

• A keen visual sense and an interest in the effectiveness of advertising.

• Familiarity with gaming culture, Discord, gaming communities, and creative content that resonates with players is advantageous.

• Creativity and flexibility to generate new ideas swiftly.

• Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.

• Ability to comfortably shift focus across multiple applications and projects.

• A proactive attitude with a strong initiative for problem-solving.

• Capacity to take full ownership of projects, define requirements independently, and achieve results.
