Applied AI Team Member

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify obstacles that hinder studios, brands, and Fortune 100 companies from achieving production goals.

• Map out the creative, technical, and executive workflows of customers.

• Create functional proofs of concept utilizing customer brand assets, footage, or catalogs.

• Develop workflows, plugins, and integrations that eliminate customer obstacles.

• Transform successful one-time solutions into reusable products.

• Manage evaluation plans and oversee controlled trials.

• Create customized demos and assist with the technical aspects of the deal process alongside account executives.

• Define and manage customer deployments lasting 4–12 weeks with clear success criteria.

• Expedite the transition of customers from signed contracts to the initial production call.

• Expand API-only accounts into Platform + API offerings.

• Enhance onboarding processes and decrease support requests.

• Present technical pipelines and production strategies to analysts, executives, and studio leaders.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to translate customer needs into roadmap requirements.

• Monitor time to production, changes in usage, and customer shipping results in Salesforce and the data warehouse.

⛳️ Requirements

• Develop systems capable of running production using Python or TypeScript, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.

• Read, debug, and articulate code line by line, including to customer engineering teams.

• Successfully delivered a workflow, integration, plugin, or internal tool that has been utilized by a customer.

• Implemented AI or ML systems and integrations within intricate organizations.

• Showcased results from deployed AI or ML systems and integrations.

• Ability to communicate effectively between executive and engineering teams.

• Willingness to travel to meet with customers.

• Preferred: Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or Retool.

• Preferred: Background in media, entertainment, or advertising production.
