AI Creative Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create original, high-quality AI-generated images and videos utilizing prompt engineering, model training, and specialized internal tools.

• Collaborate with clients to generate images and videos tailored to their needs.

• Design, test, and enhance internal AI creative tools.

• Utilize AI models and tools such as Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, MiniMax, Wan, ComfyUI, fal.ai, Replicate, Topaz, Krea, and Adobe CC.

• Work in partnership with motion graphics designers, video editors, graphic designers, post-production teams, and creative strategists.

• Develop and optimize prompt architectures, iterative and batch workflows, reference libraries, and reusable presets.

• Maintain tools, report bugs and edge cases, suggest new features, test releases, and document workflows.

• Monitor and benchmark new models and techniques, recommending their adoption or pilot testing.

• Conduct quality checks for color accuracy, composition, and brand consistency.

• Ensure that deliverables adhere to creative standards and meet client expectations across paid social, digital displays, and print media.

• Facilitate walkthroughs, create documentation, mentor team members, and collaborate with creative leads on feasibility, effort, and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a creative production or AI-centric role.

• Proven track record of delivering AI-generated content for commercial applications.

• Proficient in various AI generation platforms and workflows, including Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, and ComfyUI.

• Expertise in model training for product or brand-related imagery.

• Strong design sensibility with the capability to align AI outputs with specific brand aesthetics.

• Demonstrated ability to experiment and successfully integrate emerging AI solutions into real-world campaigns.

• Excellent communication skills; able to lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in Excel and must complete a typing assessment.
