AI Creative Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create unique, high-quality generative visuals in the form of images and videos for clients.

• Implement prompt engineering, model training, and specialized internal tools.

• Design, test, and enhance internal AI tools utilized by creative teams.

• Utilize AI image and video models, along with node-based/API-driven environments, to produce outputs ready for delivery.

• Work collaboratively with motion graphics designers, video editors, and graphic designers.

• Establish AI content workflows, prompt structures, batch processes, reference libraries, and reusable presets.

• Oversee and enhance internal AI creative tools by reporting issues, suggesting features, testing updates, and documenting processes.

• Monitor and evaluate new AI models and techniques emerging in the industry.

• Conduct quality assessments for color accuracy, composition, and brand consistency.

• Ensure that deliverables adhere to creative standards and meet client expectations across various platforms such as paid social media, digital displays, and print media.

• Facilitate walkthroughs, prepare documentation, mentor team members, and collaborate with creative leads on project feasibility, resource requirements, and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a creative production or AI-centric role.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI-generated content for commercial applications.

• Proficient in various AI generation platforms and workflows, including Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, and ComfyUI.

• Expertise in model training for product or branded imagery.

• Strong design sensibility with the ability to align AI outputs with specific brand aesthetics.

• Proven track record of experimentation and successful integration of innovative AI solutions in practical campaigns.

• Excellent communication skills; capable of leading discussions on AI-driven ideas with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in Excel and completion of a typing test.
