AI Creative Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Create and design advertising creatives for AI and gaming applications utilizing AI tools.

• Generate AI-based content for the applications as required.

• Monitor competitor advertisements and market performance to inspire new advertising concepts.

• Stay updated on trends in AI, social media, gaming, and advertising, including Discord servers and gaming communities.

• Introduce innovative creative concepts to the team.

• Develop and refine a high volume of creative variations for testing purposes, including hooks, openings, and edits.

• Discover more efficient and effective methods for producing creatives as tools advance.

• Share enhanced creative production techniques with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong expertise in AI tools, including prompting, iterating, and combining various tools.

• Basic video editing capabilities (CapCut or similar software).

• A keen visual sense and a desire to understand advertisement performance.

• Familiarity with gaming culture, Discord, and gaming communities is an advantage.

• Creativity and flexibility to quickly generate new ideas.

• Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.

• Comfortable with switching contexts across multiple applications and projects.

• A proactive approach with a strong initiative for problem-solving.

• Ability to take full ownership, define requirements autonomously, and drive outcomes.
