AI Conversation Designer – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design intricate workflows and multichannel user journeys, converting business requirements and user feedback into scalable and sustainable conversational experiences.

• Maintain technical coherence and ensure the brand’s tone and language are consistently applied.

• Implement communication standards and review outputs from fellow Conversation Designers.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to guarantee the quality, consistency, and efficiency of AI experiences.

• Work together to identify viable and scalable solutions.

• Influence the formulation of metrics and track performance.

• Spot opportunities for improvement based on data and user feedback.

• Perform analyses to recommend structural changes to workflows.

• Develop and uphold conversational design frameworks and guidelines.

• Ensure content governance, traceability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Share expertise through mentorship and by promoting best practices.

• Set the team’s tactical direction aligned with the organization’s strategy, acting as a subject-matter expert for solution specifics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both the technical and strategic elements of Conversation Design, with the ability to work independently.

• Capable of navigating ambiguous challenges without a defined scope, requiring skillful prioritization and balancing of deadlines and quality.

• Experience in architecting workflows and designing multichannel journeys.

• Strong collaborative communication skills, acting as a reference for decision-making and assisting the team in problem-solving.

• Knowledge of content and written language, including a fundamental understanding of grammar, sentence structure, and textual clarity.

• Previous experience in technology companies or fintechs (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing (Nice to Have).

• Knowledge of generative AI tools and models, such as Gemini, prompts, LLMs, NLP, and intents (Nice to Have).

• Ability to consolidate insights and guide colleagues on topics related to conversational design, technology, and AI (Nice to Have).
