AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist organizations in identifying, designing, and launching high-impact AI agents that deliver measurable results.

• Drive customer AI strategies and develop roadmaps for AI adoption.

• Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases that significantly impact business and demonstrate technical feasibility.

• Convert business challenges and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals.

• Establish success metrics and guidelines.

• Design AI agent solutions and reshape workflows accordingly.

• Specify AI agent integrations with CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, MCPs, and workflows.

• Create agent specifications and solution documentation for the delivery teams.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Delivery, AI Engineering, Solution Engineering, and other departments.

• Assist in customer presentations and executive discussions related to AI strategy.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, trends in agentic AI, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery.

• Familiarity with contemporary LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation.

• Comfort with APIs and integration processes.

• Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or a related customer-facing position.

• Practical experience in designing or launching AI-driven solutions or AI agents.

• Ability to convert business requirements into solution designs.

• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking capabilities.

• Proficient spoken and written English.
