This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities in AI, intelligent automation, and process enhancement.
• Convert business needs into AI use cases, solution architectures, workflows, success metrics, data needs, risks, and implementation strategies.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, monitor, and provide support for AI assistants, agents, prompts, retrieval-based solutions, workflows, automations, and enhancements to enterprise applications.
• Develop and refine prompts, knowledge bases, retrieval methods, agent instructions, and components of AI solutions.
• Establish and maintain human-in-the-loop controls for the review, approval, correction, escalation, or override of outputs generated by AI.
• Integrate AI solutions with authorized enterprise applications, data sources, APIs, connectors, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Facilitate AI proofs of concept, pilot projects, experimentation, and the transition of successful solutions to production.
• Assess solution effectiveness based on accuracy, adoption rates, completion rates, time savings, user satisfaction, productivity enhancements, and overall business outcomes.
• Investigate emerging AI technologies, tools, models, and industry trends to recommend responsible adoption strategies.
• Assist with the administration, configuration, integration, testing, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of designated enterprise applications and business systems.
• Support user access management, roles, permissions, data quality, workflow configuration, reporting, dashboards, release testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, developers, security, compliance, and IT teams.
• Uphold standards for cybersecurity, data privacy, responsible AI, regulatory compliance, and enterprise technology governance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, standard operating procedures, governance materials, knowledge articles, and training resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may include travel for orientation, company events, training sessions, or on-site meetings.
• A Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proven experience in academic, internship, research, project, or professional settings supporting AI-driven applications, automations, enterprise systems, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, semantic search, agent frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP), workflow automation, and responsible AI practices.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, cloud technologies, databases, integrations, authentication, permissions, APIs, and software development or delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of AI platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, Salesforce Agentforce, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
• Preferred experience or exposure to enterprise applications and platforms such as CRM, ERP, CPQ, HRIS, customer service, analytics, or other enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Preferred knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, privacy requirements, healthcare technology, or other regulated business environments.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools, integration platforms, APIs, semantic search technologies, agent frameworks, or business process automation is preferable.
• Understanding of common business processes across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, operations, contracting, onboarding, or customer support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, good judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a readiness to learn about unfamiliar business processes, data, and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling proprietary and sensitive information.
• A passion for learning and enhancing knowledge or skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration, and team orientation.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 10%.
