AI Automation Specialist – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and implement AI agents to assist with both internal and client initiatives.

• Automate workflows in monday.com and integrate with Microsoft 365, Slack, and comparable SaaS platforms.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance and optimize processes through AI and automation.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify operational requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Record processes, offer training, and ensure the successful adoption of AI solutions and workflows.

• Automate project management tasks, including scheduling, project cost estimation, budget tracking, change order management, and resource allocation.

• Optimize document control, RFI/submittal tracking, meeting minutes, and project reporting through AI-driven workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating AI agents (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, or similar technologies).

• Strong expertise in workflow automation, preferably with tools like monday.com, Zapier, Make, or similar.

• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flow management between various platforms.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• A problem-solving approach with the capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Proficient in simplifying complex systems for easier understanding.

• Previous experience in startup or consulting settings is a plus.
