📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and enhance automation solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere, Python, Power Apps, and related technologies.

• Deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that adhere to enterprise standards, architecture, and guidelines.

• Engage in the entire automation lifecycle, encompassing design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support.

• Diagnose complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable resolutions.

• Maintain high levels of production reliability and address issues within prioritized business timelines.

• Create reusable components, technical documentation, and development standards.

• Leverage AI, intelligent document processing, generative AI, machine learning, and agentic automation to enhance business outcomes.

• Assist with POCs, pilots, and modernization initiatives that involve advanced automation capabilities.

• Integrate emerging technologies into enterprise workflows.

• Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and support to developers.

• Conduct code reviews to promote quality, scalability, maintainability, and engineering consistency.

• Facilitate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring technical quality, business alignment, and timely execution.

• Guarantee unit, integration, regression, and deployment validation testing.

• Establish monitoring, support, and maintenance processes to minimize downtime and enhance business continuity.

• Collaborate with SAP, Salesforce, Esker, Command Center, and other business functions.

• Communicate technical solutions, risks, dependencies, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Contribute to modernization, reusable assets, standards, playbooks, and process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in automation development, software engineering, or intelligent automation delivery.

• Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (required), Python, and Power Apps.

• Proven experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation solutions.

• Experience with AI-enabled automation, APIs, workflow technologies, and enterprise integration.

• Demonstrated capability to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on.

• Strong knowledge of RPA, AI-enabled automation, workflow technologies, APIs, and enterprise architecture.

• Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to mentor peers and lead through technical expertise and influence.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across both business and technical teams.

• Strong focus on quality, scalability, supportability, and operational readiness.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within complex enterprise environments.
