📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders and teams to comprehend workflows and pinpoint automation possibilities

• Convert business requirements into effective AI automation solutions

• Revamp processes by removing unnecessary steps and establishing scalable workflows

• Prototype, test, and implement AI-driven automations utilizing LLMs, agents, and associated tools

• Connect existing systems through APIs and automation platforms

• Document solutions and set up processes and guidelines

• Empower teams to adopt, utilize, and sustain the implemented solutions

• Assess time saved, capacity generated, and efficiency improvements

• Lead projects from opportunity discovery through execution, iteration, and impact evaluation

• Report directly to the CTO

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of delivering and maintaining implemented solutions, rather than merely prototypes

• Practical experience with LLMs and AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or comparable technologies

• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, data privacy, security, access controls, handling of sensitive information, and AI safety measures

• Experience in developing and deploying AI-powered solutions

• Proficiency in connecting systems via APIs

• Strong skills in Python or a similar programming language

• Competence in SQL and database management

• Familiarity with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools

• Experience with Git, Vercel, Railway, or cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Background in workflow orchestration or RPA tools

• Understanding of data pipelines or BI tools

• Experience in restaurant technology or vertical SaaS is a plus
