AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with client engineering and business leadership to prototype, design, and implement custom Agentforce autonomous agents, including topics, actions, and guardrails.

• Create and execute agent workflows utilizing Einstein 1 Platform, Data Cloud, Apex, Flow, MuleSoft, and external REST endpoints.

• Develop evaluation, testing, and observability frameworks to track agent accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and overall business performance.

• Address critical deployment obstacles in real time during strategic engagements.

• Take ownership of the comprehensive technical architecture for multi-cloud, AI-driven implementations.

• Design real-time Salesforce Data 360 pipelines that integrate Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and CRM data.

• Generate system sequence diagrams, agent action flows, data schemas, and security/governance frameworks.

• Assess AI/LLM models, prompt engineering patterns, and Agentforce functionalities.

• Create reusable assets, agent templates, and internal accelerators.

• Provide counsel to C-suite executives, VPs, and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, live agent demonstrations, and architectural design reviews.

• Collaborate with Delivery Leadership and Account Executives to define the scope, estimate, and validate Agentforce proposals.

• Share insights and patterns from deployments with internal teams to enhance the Agentforce Center of Excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of solution architecture experience on the Salesforce platform.

• Direct experience in building and deploying Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or advanced Data Cloud implementations.

• More than 5 years in client-facing technical consulting or FDE roles.

• Demonstrated success in delivering production code and systems under tight deadlines for accounts worth over $2M.

• Strong expertise in Apex, Flow, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and contemporary programmatic integration patterns.

• In-depth knowledge of Data Cloud, zero-copy architecture, vector databases, RAG, and enterprise data ingestion strategies.

• Experience in implementing agent guardrails, prompt defense, audit logging, and enterprise compliance frameworks.

• Exceptional skill in articulating generative AI concepts, LLM mechanics, and agentic workflows to executive audiences.

• Full-time permanent work authorization in the U.S.

• Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more to client locations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferred: Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.

• Preferred: Snowflake Certified Core/Advanced, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, or MuleSoft Integration Architect.

• Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional), Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or TOGAF.
