AI Agent Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate customer workshops to identify significant automation opportunities.

• Assess operations and interactions to determine where VoiceAI can deliver maximum value.

• Collaborate with clients to establish success metrics and ROI objectives.

• Transform insights into agent personas, usability guidelines, conversation examples, and error-handling strategies.

• Create and document conversational journeys that reflect customer expectations and practical use cases.

• Develop usability-focused blueprints that address corner cases, exception handling, and escalation processes.

• Configure experience requirements in collaboration with AI Agent Engineers and Engagement Managers.

• Utilize analytics, transcripts, and customer feedback to enhance and optimize the agent experience.

• Guide clients through the experience-design lifecycle from initial concept to post-launch enhancements.

• Educate customer teams on VoiceAI usability and best practices in conversation design.

• Monitor live agent performance, evaluate outcomes, and suggest improvements.

• Work in tandem with Product and Engineering teams to shape platform features and standards.

• Document reusable design frameworks and disseminate best practices across accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hiring exclusively in Toronto, Canada.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing conversational systems (IVRs, chatbots, assistants) or frameworks for human-AI interaction.

• Proficient in designing natural, user-friendly dialogue and flow across various industries.

• Strong foundation in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles.

• Capable of designing seamless human-AI workflows.

• Experienced in conducting workshops.

• Proficient in presenting designs to executive-level stakeholders.

• Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholder interests.
