AI Adoption Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the enterprise-wide adoption of AI initiatives across both business and technology sectors.

• Develop and implement strategies for AI adoption and organizational change that are aligned with business goals.

• Integrate AI practices into everyday workflows instead of conducting parallel experiments.

• Create and provide role-specific AI training and literacy programs.

• Build and sustain communities of practice, champion networks, and coaching frameworks for AI.

• Generate and update AI playbooks, prompt libraries, and user guidelines.

• Establish metrics for adoption and monitor the realization of value and return on investment (ROI).

• Recognize obstacles to adoption and execute corrective measures.

• Convert AI governance and acceptable-use policies into actionable guidance.

• Collaborate with AI architects, developers, and engineers to ensure alignment between adoption practices and technical implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Change Management, or a related discipline.

• 6+ years of experience in change management, transformation initiatives, or technology adoption.

• Demonstrated experience in promoting the adoption of complex technologies within enterprise settings.

• Deep understanding of AI concepts and AI-driven delivery models.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in supporting AI or GenAI initiatives within regulated environments.

• Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices.

• Experience in consulting or client-facing transformation roles.

• Proven track record in defining adoption metrics and frameworks for value realization.
