Agile Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and oversee the Product Backlog

• Act as the representative voice of the customer

• Participate in a highly collaborative, cross-functional Scrum team that supports the credit union’s vision

• Propel the development of the most valuable features for Grow products

• Work in partnership with business product sponsors, business analysts, developers, designers, business stakeholders, legal/compliance, security, and operations

• Ensure that detailed designs and features delivered by the Scrum team fulfill stakeholder requirements

• Adapt swiftly and professionally to changing situations

• Employ negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or an additional four years of experience in place of a degree

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience working on Scrum and/or Kanban teams

• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading systems, processes, or tools for complex integrated organizational projects

• Exceptional communication skills

• Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented

• Capability to maintain strict confidentiality

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods

• Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and typing in English

• Must be able to hear and use a telephone

• Capability to operate a computer with repetitive keystrokes

• Must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states for this remote position
