This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead a compact, high-performing engineering team focused on transitioning AWS Lambda applications to Azure.

• Create the framework, which includes scaffolding, constraints, and feedback mechanisms, for dependable Claude Code agent operations.

• Take ownership of and enhance the claude_code_forge scaffolding, CLAUDE.md documentation, agent development, MCP tool configurations, and bespoke slash commands.

• Break down the AWS infrastructure into depth-first migration work packages with well-defined acceptance criteria.

• Uphold architectural integrity through structural testing, linting guidelines, and dependency-layer assessments.

• Conduct weekly entropy management sweeps utilizing background Claude Code tasks.

• Guide engineers on prompt-driven test-driven development (TDD), multi-agent orchestration, and Claude Desktop / Cowork workflows.

• Communicate migration progress, agent utilization, and associated risks to stakeholders.

• Construct the framework while supporting the team in a player-coach role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience managing large teams.

• 6–8 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience leading delivery teams.

• Extensive experience with AWS and Azure serverless architectures, including Lambda → Functions, DynamoDB → Cosmos DB, and Step Functions → Durable Functions.

• Practical expertise with Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Cowork.

• Proven history of developing developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, or platform engineering solutions.
