This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to clients interested in generating a benefit or offer from Claro.

• Work on the Claro Portability campaign.

• Handle calls from home.

• Keep the camera on during training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum experience of 3 months in a CALL CENTER.

• Positions available for Lima.

• Excellent communication skills, quick response time, and goal-oriented.

• PC or laptop required.

• Windows 10 or higher.

• Core i3 processor of 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset required.

• Camera must be on during training.

• Secondary education.

• Availability to work full-time or part-time.
