📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from Claro customers

• Provide appropriate customer service

• Conduct commercial management

• Address inquiries via voice channel

• Work from home for Claro Perú

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education or higher studies

• Proficient in Office applications at a user level

• Experience in Call Center, Sales, or Customer Service

• Professional experience: less than 1 year

• Availability for rotating shifts

• Rotating days off
