This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Address basic to moderately complex technical issues related to sales technology via phone, email, or Zoom.
• Refer more complicated issues to the appropriate team as necessary.
• Offer support and solutions for field-related problems with sales technology tools by following established processes and procedures.
• Document calls and issues accurately.
• Respond to emails directed to technical support queues.
• Evaluate real-time technical issues for routine task triage.
• Recognize and escalate software problems to subject matter experts and IT partners.
• Deliver customer service to both agents and company personnel.
• Identify and share self-help documentation for agent self-service options.
• Assist in small projects and minor software upgrades under close supervision.
• Help test sales technology tools and software updates while working under close supervision.
• Act as the primary contact for agents and ensure follow-up on resolutions.
• High school diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fundamental understanding of sales technology tools and processes.
• Capability to analyze problems and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong relationship management and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and issue management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-oriented with a knack for building partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-centric approach with skills to manage escalated issues.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or related software.
• Associate's degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work Central or Eastern Time hours.
• All work must be conducted within the United States.
