Agent, SVS Inbound Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote Silversea cruises along with associated shore-side products and services through incoming consumer inquiries.

• Manage inbound calls and chat communications until the guest's sailing date.

• Assess guest requirements and suggest appropriate products.

• Generate precise reservations and attend to existing bookings.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

• Handle high-volume workloads effectively and enhance sales using a scripted approach.

• Optimize closing and upselling chances throughout the customer engagement.

• Deliver tailored luxury customer service experiences.

• Collect guest information and payments following company protocols and technology.

• Relay information from unsuccessful sales attempts to aid in marketing return on investment.

• Work in conjunction with global sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustained sales ambitions.

• Efficiently manage call volume in alignment with management.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical business standards.

• Execute other related responsibilities as necessary.
