Agent Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and implement AI agents for various teams throughout the organization.

• Develop reusable skills, tools, and workflows for agents.

• Establish multi-agent orchestration patterns when suitable.

• Convert functional requirements into solid, production-ready solutions.

• Construct solutions utilizing WWE's sanctioned AI platforms and frameworks.

• Set up and manage OpenClaw environments while developing Hermes-based workflows.

• Create and maintain agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Integrate agents with Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other approved internal systems.

• Create automations that eliminate manual tasks from operational workflows.

• Establish secure integrations between internal systems and authorized AI services.

• Enhance agent reliability, performance, and precision.

• Design technical components that can be scaled across various departments.

• Test agents in real business scenarios against established acceptance criteria.

• Monitor performance, identify failure points, and implement enhancements.

• Ensure solutions comply with WWE's security, governance, and data access standards.

• Document architecture, dependencies, functionalities, and support needs.

• Develop reusable components and maintain a catalog of agent skills and integrations.

• Contribute to the engineering standards and best practices of the Agent Factory.

• Assist in the development of orchestration agents and the broader AI harness.

• Occasionally work outside of regular hours to support events or meet important deadlines.

• Report to the Head of AI Implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in building AI agents, automations, or applications enabled by large language models (LLMs).

• Proficient in prompt engineering and designing agent instructions.

• Experience with integrating APIs and business systems.

• Familiarity with large language models, agent frameworks, and their tools.

• Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.

• Understanding of both structured and unstructured data sources.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to rapidly prototype and transition successful prototypes into maintainable solutions.

• Experience with OpenClaw and Hermes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 integrations.

• Practical experience in integrating Salesforce platforms and APIs.

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent tools.

• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and orchestration patterns.

• Understanding of secure enterprise AI development, access control, and auditability.

• Proficient with Git, as well as automated testing and deployment practices.

• Background in the events and/or travel industry.
