Agent Deployment Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive deployment planning and execution for provider clients.

• Manage timelines, scope, risk assessment, and ensure successful go-live within health system environments.

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to grasp workflows, clinical needs, organizational limitations, and strategic objectives.

• Convert implementation requirements into scalable design solutions across various provider types, EHR systems, and care delivery frameworks.

• Coordinate efforts among deployment, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

• Identify and mitigate deployment risks while addressing complex healthcare operational issues.

• Create and standardize best practices, playbooks, and operating models for deployment.

• Provide guidance to customers during the rollout and adoption phases.

• Assist in change management and train clinical and operational teams.

• Build customer relationships, complete deployments, document playbooks, and pinpoint systemic enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in deployment, implementation, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing role within enterprise or healthcare settings.

• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, operations, and systems on the provider side.

• Demonstrated capability to manage complex engagements involving clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills for translating between business and technical audiences.

• Strong analytical skills in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• History of driving execution and achieving results across cross-functional teams.

• BA/BS degree required.

• Experience with hospitals, health systems, provider groups, or similar organizations is preferred.

• Knowledge of EHR integration, clinical workflow mapping, change management, and regulatory standards is preferred.

• Experience in designing and scaling repeatable deployment processes is preferred.

• Experience in balancing strategic planning with practical execution is preferred.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, state regulations, quality reporting, and clinical governance is preferred.

• Experience with AI, digital health, or clinical decision support tools in healthcare is preferred.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
