Agency Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for agency clients concerning title searches, order statuses, production inquiries, and service requirements.

• Organize and monitor title search requests to ensure prompt completion and resolution of issues.

• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, abstractors, and examiners to gather updates and address customer concerns.

• Provide administrative and operational assistance to designated sales representatives.

• Support prospect research, account preparation, customer information management, and meeting materials preparation.

• Create and uphold reports on customer activity, production, revenue, and sales performance.

• Observe customer activities, ordering patterns, and sales prospects, including opportunities to enhance wallet share.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer, prospect, and sales data in CRM and other company systems.

• Facilitate customer follow-ups, onboarding processes, and sales-related communications and initiatives.

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and act as a resource for navigating Westcor's systems and procedures.

• Recognize service challenges, trends, and opportunities for enhancing efficiency and customer experience.

• Develop and maintain tracking tools, workflows, and processes to enhance visibility and follow-up.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Search, Underwriting, and other departments to resolve challenges.

• Keep accurate records and manage confidential information with care.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in customer service, sales support, operations, or administrative assistance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft tools.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail and capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest process enhancements.

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience in the real estate, mortgage, title insurance, or related sectors is preferred.

• Capability to manage confidential information responsibly.

• Ability to meet specified physical demands, with reasonable accommodations provided as necessary.
