Agency Manager – GEOS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee significant geotechnical engineering initiatives for large-scale projects and key clients.

• Assist teams in navigating technical and contractual risks effectively.

• Act as the main liaison for clients, guiding them from the proposal phase to project delivery.

• Expand GEOS’s business presence in southeastern France with both public and private sector stakeholders.

• Represent the organization within regional professional communities.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities through market analysis, tender submissions, and direct business outreach.

• Enhance GEOS’s visibility and reputation in the local area.

• Contribute to strategic site planning and organizational decision-making.

• Recruit, oversee, and nurture the future team.

• Collaborate with other GEOS offices in France and the Ingérop Group throughout Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience in an engineering consultancy environment.

• Degree or professional certification in geotechnical engineering.

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in geotechnical engineering.

• Proven experience in leading substantial geotechnical engineering projects.

• Exceptional client relationship management skills and the ability to convey the company's technical capabilities.

• Capacity to comprehend client requirements and propose expert, optimized solutions.

• Proactive approach to business development.

• Independence and ability to collaborate closely with senior management.

• Strong adaptability and skill in anticipating challenges.
