Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire onboarding process for new affiliates, encompassing registration, validation, tracking link configuration, dashboard access, and initial support.

• Offer first-level assistance through chat, email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and Telegram, adhering to established response SLAs.

• Interpret product and technology details for affiliates and partners.

• Clarify tracking, postbacks, dashboards, performance reports, and promotional resources.

• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Finance teams to address tracking errors, payment concerns, and creative approval requests.

• Track affiliate performance, identify declines, and suggest reactivation strategies.

• Document procedures and develop FAQs and self-service resources.

• Ensure that partner content adheres to the compliance and responsible gambling standards of the relevant market.

• Act as the primary contact for affiliates and influencers throughout the onboarding process and daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken English, with a complete English-speaking work environment.

• Prior experience in technology, preferably in product roles, technical support, or SaaS.

• Outstanding communication abilities, including clarity, active listening, and the capacity to simplify complex concepts.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

• Previous experience in iGaming/betting, affiliate marketing, or the creator economy is advantageous.

• Experience in managing relationships with content creators and influencers is a plus.

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms (such as Income Access, Cellxpert, MyAffiliates, Affilka) and CRM systems is preferred.

• Proficiency in a third language—Spanish or Portuguese—if the program targets Latin America is a plus.

• A sense of curiosity, authenticity, autonomy, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, along with flexibility for Australian time zones.
