Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peel, and at-home facial treatments with safety in accordance with Pinch clinical standards.

• Develop a client base utilizing Pinch marketing strategies and personal connections.

• Serve a minimum of 5 clients each month.

• Establish a personal schedule that averages between 10 to 20 hours weekly.

• Utilize Pinch marketing resources for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Oversee inventory and ensure precise and timely documentation of client records.

• Act as a representative of Pinch and enhance awareness within the local community.

• Collaborate with other Providers and engage in community-building initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid APRN license in Virginia.

• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• New injectables practitioners must commit to attending an in-person training session in its entirety.

• A sincere passion for aesthetics and a desire to help clients look and feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to cultivate an independent practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an established patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in events, influencer collaborations, photoshoots, and similar activities is a plus.
