Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments in accordance with Pinch's clinical standards.

• Develop a clientele by utilizing Pinch's marketing strategies alongside personal networks.

• Provide services to at least 5 clients monthly and successfully convert first-time clients into repeat customers.

• Establish a personal working schedule, averaging between 10–20 hours each week.

• Utilize Pinch marketing resources for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Oversee inventory and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping for clients.

• Act as a representative of Pinch within the local community to enhance brand awareness.

• Collaborate with other Providers and engage in community-building initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current APRN license in Pennsylvania.

• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• If new to injectables, must be available for full attendance at in-person training.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients achieve their best selves.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to expand a personal practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an established patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in growth through events, influencer collaborations, photoshoots, and more is a plus.
