Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in compliance with Pinch's clinical standards.

• Establish a client base utilizing Pinch marketing strategies and personal networks.

• Provide services to at least 5 clients each month.

• Commit to an average of 10–20 hours of work per week.

• Select and manage your own schedule and client choices.

• Utilize Pinch marketing tools for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Oversee inventory and maintain precise, timely client records.

• Act as a representative of Pinch within the local community and enhance brand awareness.

• Develop an independent aesthetic practice with the backing of Pinch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid APRN license in Pennsylvania.

• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• Newer injectables practitioners must be prepared to participate in a full in-person training.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to expand a practice.

• Previous aesthetics experience or an established patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in participating in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and additional opportunities is a plus.
