Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments in accordance with Pinch's clinical standards.

• Develop a clientele from your personal network and local community.

• Provide treatment to at least 5 clients each month.

• Manage a flexible schedule, averaging between 10–20 hours weekly.

• Utilize Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Represent Pinch and increase awareness among local residents, businesses, and community members.

• Oversee inventory and maintain precise, timely records for client interactions.

• Establish and expand an independent aesthetics practice with assistance from Pinch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active APRN license in Ohio is required.

• If new to injectables, must be available to participate in a full in-person training session.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to develop a personal practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an established patient network is an advantage.

• Interest in growth opportunities through events, influencer initiatives, photoshoots, and more is a plus.

• New injectors must complete in-person training prior to commencing work.

• Willingness to attend a comprehensive training session in Columbus, Cleveland, or Cincinnati, Ohio.
