Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely while adhering to Pinch's clinical standards.

• Develop a client base from personal connections and successfully convert first-time clients into loyal customers.

• Establish and oversee a schedule that averages 10–20 hours weekly.

• Utilize Pinch's marketing resources for client outreach, retention, and referral generation.

• Manage inventory and ensure the maintenance of precise and timely client records.

• Represent Pinch within the local community, fostering awareness among neighbors, businesses, and other stakeholders.

• Provide treatment to a minimum of 5 clients each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active APRN license in Ohio is required.

• If you are newer to injectables, you must be available to complete in-person training before starting.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow your own practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an existing patient network is a plus.

• Interest in expanding through events, influencer initiatives, photoshoots, and more is a bonus.

• Founding Providers must treat at least 5 clients each month.

• Availability to work an average of 10–20 hours per week is essential.
