Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide safe and high-quality concierge aesthetic services.

• Administer neurotoxin injections.

• Conduct microneedling procedures.

• Execute chemical peels.

• Offer skincare and at-home facial treatments.

• Serve clients obtained through Pinch marketing and personal connections.

• Maintain precise documentation and timely client records.

• Responsibly manage supplies.

• Adhere to Pinch protocols and clinical standards.

• Collaborate with fellow Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team.

• Utilize the Pinch platform to retain clients, conduct outreach, and expand your clientele.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Minnesota APRN license (full practice authority is preferred).

• Experience with injectables (specifically neurotoxin injections) and the ability to treat independently.

• Previous aesthetics experience in a clinical environment (such as med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, concierge, etc.).

• Strong communication skills with patients, professionalism, and a commitment to safety.

• Existing client base or a strong capacity to build one through networking is preferred.

• Interest in growth through events, influencer collaborations, photoshoots, and local community initiatives is preferred.

• Availability to treat between 10 and 50 clients per month is preferred.
