This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide safe, high-quality aesthetic services, including neurotoxins, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments.

• Complete mandatory live training for neurotoxin injectables.

• Engage in virtual training that covers techniques for chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial applications.

• Serve clients acquired through Pinch marketing initiatives and personal referral networks.

• Offer appointment availability ranging from 4 to 24 hours each week.

• Handle products and supplies with care and responsibility.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date client records.

• Adhere to Pinch's established protocols and best practices.

• Collaborate with other Providers and the Pinch team effectively.

• Utilize Pinch marketing tools aimed at client retention, patient outreach, and business development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current APRN license in Minnesota.

• Certification in injectables or the capability to achieve the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• Passion for aesthetics and a desire to help clients feel their best.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in expanding a flexible practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics, an existing patient network, or interest in events, influencer collaborations, photoshoots, and additional activities (preferred).

• If you are new to injectables or aesthetics, you must complete one of the specified in-person training sessions before commencing work and attend the selected dates in full.
