Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Provide safe and high-quality aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxin injections, chemical peels, and at-home facial services in clients' residences.

• Successfully complete the mandatory live neurotoxin injectables training.

• Engage in virtual training sessions that encompass chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and techniques for at-home facials.

• Serve clients sourced through Pinch marketing strategies as well as personal networks.

• Offer flexibility in appointment scheduling, ranging from 4 to 24 hours per week.

• Handle products and supplies with care and responsibility.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions.

• Adhere to Pinch protocols and best practices consistently.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow Providers and the broader Pinch team.

• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to enhance client retention, patient outreach, and business development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active APRN license in Michigan.

• Hold certification in injectables or demonstrate the ability to achieve the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• Display enthusiasm for aesthetics and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

• Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow your practice while enjoying flexibility.

• Previous experience in aesthetics, an existing patient network, or a willingness to expand your practice through events, influencer collaborations, photoshoots, and similar activities is advantageous.

• If you are new to injectables or aesthetics, the completion of one of the designated in-person Michigan training sessions in its entirety is required prior to commencement.
