Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in accordance with Pinch's clinical standards.

• Develop a client base by leveraging Pinch's marketing strategies and personal networks.

• Treat at least 5 clients each month.

• Convert new clients into repeat customers.

• Establish and manage a flexible schedule averaging between 10–20 hours per week.

• Utilize Pinch marketing tools for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Oversee supplies and maintain accurate and timely client records.

• Represent Pinch and enhance brand awareness within the local community.

• Collaborate with other Providers and engage in community events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current APRN license in Maryland.

• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• Newer injectables practitioners must be prepared to attend in-person training in its entirety.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to expand a practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an existing patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in growth through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more is a plus.
