Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in accordance with Pinch's clinical guidelines.

• Develop a clientele by leveraging Pinch marketing strategies alongside personal networks.

• Treat a minimum of 5 clients each month.

• Successfully convert first-time clients into regular patrons.

• Establish and oversee a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours weekly.

• Utilize Pinch marketing resources for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Oversee inventory management.

• Keep accurate and timely records for client interactions.

• Act as a representative for Pinch and enhance community awareness.

• Collaborate with other Providers and engage in community events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active APRN license in Maryland.

• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• Newer injectables practitioners must commit to attending an in-person training in its entirety.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a dedication to helping clients feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to develop a personal practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an existing patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar opportunities is a plus.
