Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peel, and at-home facial treatments in accordance with Pinch clinical standards.

• Develop a client base by leveraging Pinch marketing strategies and personal connections.

• Ensure treatment of at least 5 clients each month.

• Establish and oversee a flexible schedule that averages between 10 and 20 hours weekly.

• Utilize Pinch marketing resources for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Oversee inventory and maintain precise, up-to-date client records.

• Represent Pinch and enhance brand awareness within the local Maryland community.

• Engage in events, social media promotions, influencer collaborations, and new opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid APRN license in Maryland.

• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• New injectors must commit to full attendance at an in-person training session.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to cultivate an independent practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an established patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in events, influencer collaborations, photoshoots, and similar opportunities is a plus.
