Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments with safety and adherence to Pinch's clinical standards.

• Develop a client base through Pinch's marketing initiatives and personal networks.

• Provide treatment to a minimum of 5 clients each month.

• Maintain a self-directed schedule that averages between 10–20 hours per week.

• Represent Pinch and enhance brand awareness within the local community.

• Utilize Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Oversee supply management and ensure accurate and timely client record maintenance.

• Participate in mandatory in-person training prior to commencing work if new to injectables or aesthetics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active APRN license in Maryland.

• Certification in injectables, or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• New injectables practitioners must be available for full attendance at in-person training.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to expand a practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an existing patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in growth opportunities through events, influencer collaborations, photoshoots, and more is a plus.
