Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely in accordance with Pinch's clinical protocols.

• Develop a client base by utilizing Pinch marketing strategies and personal connections.

• Provide treatments to at least 5 clients each month.

• Successfully convert first-time clients into loyal customers.

• Establish a flexible work schedule, averaging between 10 and 20 hours weekly.

• Utilize Pinch marketing tools for outreach, customer retention, and referrals.

• Oversee inventory management.

• Keep precise and up-to-date client records.

• Represent Pinch and enhance brand visibility within the local community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active APRN license in Washington DC.

• Hold certification in injectables or be prepared to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• New injectors must be available for full in-person training.

• Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best.

• Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to cultivate an independent practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an established patient network is advantageous.

• Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar activities is a plus.
